Amy Sawicki

AmyAnne Sawicki Tantalo, age 39, passed away Sunday January 7, 2024. She was preceded in death by her beloved sons, Roman Francis Tantalo, and Antoni James Tantalo. Amy was the beloved wife of James Tantalo, and daughter of George Sawicki and Patricia Sawicki.

Amy was the beloved sister of Matthew Sawicki, sister-in-law of Ingrid Sawicki (née Flores Gallegos), and aunt to Issac, Ana Julia, and Alejandra Ramos Flores. She was the beloved sister to Katherine (Katie) Wojciechowski (née Sawicki), sister-in-law to Greg Wojciechowski, and aunt to George, Molly, and Winston Wojciechowski. Amy was the beloved sister to Megan Wiseman (née Sawicki), sister-in-law to Kyle Wiseman, and aunt to Colton and Hunter Wiseman.

Amy was dearly loved by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as countless other family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all those privileged to have known her.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Sunday, January 14, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with memorial service beginning at 1:00 pm at Wysocki and Wilk Funeral Home located at 29440 Ryan Road in Warren.

A memorial luncheon will be held in Amy’s honor at the American Polish Cultural Center at 2975 East Maple Road in Troy, Michigan at 2:30 pm following the funeral service.

Any donations made in lieu of flowers will honor Amy’s name with a contribution to HAVEN Shelter for Women and Children in Pontiac, Michigan.
