Ann Furtak

Furtak, Ann (96) October 10th 2015. Born of Terenzia and Dominico Di Bartolomeo on June 15th 1919. Survived by her daughter Cheryl Ann. Preceded in death by her husband, Whitey(Mitchell), her sisters Dorothy Giovan, Elsie(Herman) Monacelli, Donna(Peter) Karapetian, and brother Peter(Marilyn) Bartholomew. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 16th from 12:00pm - 7:00pm at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 1100 Lone Pine Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. The Memorial Service will immediately follow at 7:00pm. Interment will be graveside, Saturday, October 17th, 10:00am at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 17100 Van Dyke, Detroit. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Cross of Christ Church in Ann's memory.
