Dolores T. Kowalski

Dolores T. Kowalski, age 88, passed away May 27, 2019.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Theodore D. Kowalski; loving mother of Katherine (Michael), Nancy (Daniel), Carl (Janet), Theodore Jr, Lisa, Terri (Joe), Bernard (Jill), and Christine (Martin); devoted grandmother of Amanda, Jennifer, Daniel, Brian, Neil, Claire, Theresa, Sammie, Erik, Brittany, Courtney, Tori, Richard, and James; and proud great-grandmother of Luke, Ella, Kristina, Daniel, Zachary, Emily Rose, Annabelle, and Sebastian.

Dolores was a woman of faith. She showed it in her daily life and through the support and involvement in her church, St. John Paul II Parish (formerly known as Transfiguration Church). She was a member of the Madonna Guild. Dolores liked to craft, often times through crocheting. Most of all, she loved her family, friends, and her neighborhood. She was "Mrs. K", a mother to all those around her.

Visitation Friday, May 31, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. Rosary Service at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren. In-state Saturday, June 1, from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. John Paul II Parish, 5830 Simon Street, Detroit.
