Donald M. Van Moen

Donald M. Van Moen, age 81, passed away July 16, 2018.

Don was the beloved husband of Lorraine Van Moen; loving father of Debra (Ken) Kratt, Renee (Kirk) Gilewski, and Don (Collette) Van Moen, Jr; devoted grandfather of Larissa, Kirk (Sandra), Craig, Olivia, and Lidia; proud great-grandfather of Kendall; and dear brother of Dennis Van Moen.

Don was a U.S. Army Veteran and served his country with distinction for 2 years.

Don loved being around people. The best times for him was when he was surrounded by friends and family having fun with a joke on his lips and a laugh in everyone's throat. He always had a great sense of humor. Don also had a love for animals, currently his bird, Charlie. He will be most remembered for having a big heart and his sentimental nature.

Memorial Visitation Tuesday, July 24, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Memorial Service at Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren.

In lieu of flowers due to family allergies, donations may be sent to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
