Joann T Pietrzak

Joann T. Pietrzak Age 81 Joann Pietrzak of Harper Woods, Michigan, formerly of Hamtramck, entered into eternal life April 13, 2014.
She was born in Detroit on February 15, 1933 to the late Marta Hildebrandt and Alex Pietrzak Sr. She was preceded in death by her siblings Leonard Pietrzak, Delores Michaels and Helen Bielski.
Joann was a former Felician nun(Sr. Kenneth) and ministered in the teaching profession for over 35 years in the Archdiocese of Detroit. In addition to her family, she loved the Lord above all else, she was a woman of deep spiritual conviction.
She is survived by her close friend Marie Rakowski, her brother Alex Pietrzak Jr., sister-in-law Helen Pietrzak and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Monday April 21st from 2-9 pm with a Scripture service at 7pm at the David J. Wysocki Funeral Home 29440 Ryan Rd.(1 blk N. of 12 Mile Rd.) Warren. Instate Tuesday 11am until time of Mass 11:30am at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hamtramck. Burial Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
