Joe Lugalla, age 69, passed away July 25, 2023.

Visitation Friday, August 4, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service at Wysocki & Wilk Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan. Following the services, Mr. Lugalla will be taken back to his home country of Tanzania for further services and burial. The 6:00 p.m. service will be livestreamed on Zoom.
