Rev. Fabian B. Slominski

Reverend Fabian B. Slominski passed away peacefully Feb. 1, 2017 at the age of 92. Fr. Slominski was ordained a priest on May 22, 1948. He served as pastor of St. Anne, Warren, Our Lady of Grace/St. Cletus, Warren and also served as chaplain at St. John Macomb Hospital. Fr. Slominski was the beloved son of the late Bernard and Edith and brother of the late Fr. Bede Slominski. Visitation will take place Sunday, 12-7pm with a Rosary at 6pm at the David J. Wysocki Funeral Home 29440 Ryan Rd.(1 blk North of 12 Mile Rd.) Warren. Bishop Fisher will be officiating the Mass of Christian Burial for Fr. Slominski. Fr. Slominski will lie in state on Monday 10am until time of Mass 11am at Our Lady of Grace/St. Cletus Catholic Church 26256 Ryan Rd. Warren. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Capuchins.
